Its Advisor Mr. Soumitra Dev a journalist, poet and owner of daily newspaper, Redtimebd.com.

Suncity Green Home - A family resort at Lalmatia named places of Yearpur, Ashulia one km right from Norosheighapur bus stand. Still it not declares for commercial use. Already our 70% construction completed. After complete next works program from 01st July, 2013 may try to open for it’s commercial use. Already a rest house, a caretaker house, round open house, Land Scaping etc. completed. Only for family contract only at Suncity Head Office at Lalmatia, Dhaka.

Suncity All Companies activity & Management run as a group of companies. Total share holders are 5 (five), but member of Board of Directors are 4 (four). All activities run as per decision of Board of Directors. Managing Director is the Head of Management & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) work under the guidance of Board of Directors. But 2nd / 3rd share is holding by the Chairman and the Managing Director Mr.& Mrs. Sardar Md. Amin.
